Discovery Workshop
For an idea that isn't shaped enough to scope yet. A half-day session plus preparation, one-to-one, plus a written verdict and a follow-up session.
If you commission the build within 60 days, £1,250 is credited straight off the build price.
Tech & Product Audit
Perfect for existing applications in need of some love, or vibe-coded MVPs that want to go to the next level. A thorough check of what's actually under the hood, plus a product review. A full written report: what's built, what's solid, what's not, and what to do next.

Are the prices on this page fixed, or estimates?
Fixed. The Discovery Workshop, Tech & Product Audit and AI Enablement Workshop figures are the price you pay. Build and Ongoing Support figures are indicative ranges: after a short, free discovery conversation we confirm an exact fixed price, agreed before any work starts. We don't work on day rates.
What's the difference between a Discovery Workshop and a Tech & Product Audit?
The Discovery Workshop is for an idea that isn't shaped enough to scope yet: a half-day session plus preparation, one-to-one, plus a written verdict and a follow-up session. The Tech & Product Audit is for an application that already exists, including vibe-coded MVPs: a thorough check of what's under the hood, a product assessment, and a full written report on what's solid, what's not, and what to do next.
Is the Discovery Workshop fee credited against a build?
Yes. If you commission the build within 60 days of the workshop, £1,250 is credited straight off the build price.
What do Small, Medium and Large builds cover?
Small (£3,500 to £7,000) covers change requests, small features and targeted fixes with no structural rebuild. Medium (£8,000 to £21,000) covers MVP builds, partial rebuilds where the parts holding the product back are rebuilt properly and the rest retained, and taking a vibe-coded MVP to production. Large (£22,000 to £45,500) is a new build or full rebuild, production and launch-ready, including multi-platform work across web, mobile app and CMS.
Do you offer support after launch?
Yes. Essential support is £1,000 per quarter and covers monitoring, minor fixes and priority response when something breaks. Standard is £2,000 per quarter and adds small feature tweaks and a proactive health check.
Who owns the code and the IP?
You do. Everything we build for you is yours, with no licence tying you to us. Ongoing support is available if you want it, never required.
